Evening Mindfulness Walk – Feel, Breathe, Be

Experience the magic of the forest in the Zürcher Oberland and immerse yourself in the world of mindfulness. During a mindful walk through the nature surrounding Wetzikon and Bäretswil, you’ll feel the soft forest floor beneath your feet, listen to the rustling trees, and breathe in the fresh, crisp air. With mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and meditations, you’ll find inner peace, release stress, and arrive fully in the present moment. At selected spots, we’ll sharpen our senses and strengthen our connection to ourselves.

We’ll end the evening relaxing around the campfire — a warm cup in hand and inspiring conversations.

Guided Mindfulness Walk

Treat yourself to a rejuvenating break in the nature of Wetzikon and enjoy 90 minutes of mindfulness and relaxation. Together with a small group (2–10 people), we’ll walk through nature, breathe mindfully, and leave the daily hustle behind. Mindfulness exercises and gentle prompts will help you reduce stress, find inner peace, and recharge your energy.

The walks take place every two weeks on Thursdays at 6:30 PM — except in extreme weather. We meet at the Friedhof Wetzikon parking lot. Wear comfortable outdoor clothing, bring something to drink, and experience the power of slowing down in nature. 🌿🚶‍♀️
