Payment for an appointment must be received at least 48 hours beforehand, Twint preferred. The same deadline applies to a bank transfer; if the payment has not arrived by then, the appointment is cancelled. Packages are paid in full when you book.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, by phone or e-mail. An appointment that is not cancelled in time is charged in full or deducted from your package.
More on this: STC, section 8
Packages that have been started are not refunded, and a package is personal: you cannot pass it on to someone else (STC section 7). Separately, the General Terms set out a right of withdrawal: within 14 days of concluding the contract you can withdraw without giving reasons; sessions that have already taken place by then are charged proportionally (General Terms section 9). The wording of the General Terms and the STC is what counts.

No. Coaching is not covered by basic health insurance, and I do not bill health insurers. I do not know of any supplementary insurance that covers coaching in general either; if you want to be sure, ask your insurer in writing before you start.

Psychotherapy treats mental illness; coaching does not. Coaching is for people who are stable enough to work on their everyday life and want to change something. I do not make diagnoses, I do not treat illnesses and I do not bill health insurance.
