International Men’s Day (19 November)
A space where male employees can exchange views and reflect on the topics men face in today’s working world. A natural complement if your company already has a format for women.
Talk for employees · Facilitated discussion · Workshop
A short talk with facilitated discussion over lunch, a session for your health day or a workshop for your team: I bring the content and the facilitation, on site at your company in the Zurich area.
In short: I run corporate wellbeing workshops, talks for employees and facilitated discussions, in English or German, on site at your company in the Zurich area, and online on request. The formats are designed for about 30 to 40 participants. The shortest takes about an hour, for example as a lunch and learn; longer workshops are available on request. Every quote is tailored: you receive it after a no-obligation briefing call.
A session with substance, where your employees do not just listen but get talking. Typical occasions:
A space where male employees can exchange views and reflect on the topics men face in today’s working world. A natural complement if your company already has a format for women.
A session with substance for your health day or workplace wellbeing programme, for example a talk on handling stress, followed by an exchange.
The content part of your team event: a topic your team is dealing with right now, with time to reflect and to talk. The social part follows afterwards.
About an hour over lunch: a short input, reflection questions and an open discussion. It fits into the working day without taking up half of it.
A leadership meeting, a networking event or an awareness day in your calendar: tell me what you are planning, and we will work out together what fits.
The difference: a talk is a short expert input followed by discussion. A workshop takes longer and leaves more time for exercises and for going deeper.
A short expert input, reflection questions and a facilitated discussion. A social part can take place separately, for example in the evening.
Input and discussion for about an hour, then an apéro or another social part where the conversations can continue.
Input and exchange as the content part of your company event, for example before a barbecue from about 4.30 pm in or around Zurich.
One focus topic in depth: two or three short inputs, small-group exercises (e.g. reflection and conversation exercises, a short mindfulness practice), a facilitated discussion and, to finish, concrete next steps for everyday work.
What I bring and what you organise: I bring the content, the facilitation and the working materials. Your company organises the room, the catering and the social part, so the setting stays in your hands.
We develop the topics together in the briefing call: what is on your employees’ minds right now, and which format suits it? I then tailor the content, flow and setting to your group. These topics work well as a starting point:
Changing roles, pressure and performance, fatherhood and work-life balance – and how to talk about strain instead of carrying it alone.

For context: in the 2022 Job Stress Index of Health Promotion Switzerland, 30.3 per cent of people in work felt emotionally exhausted – the first time since 2014 that the figure was above 30 per cent.

Approachable, appreciative and clearly structured. A session combines short expert inputs with reflection questions, a facilitated exchange and an open discussion. Depending on your goals, activating exercises can be added.
The exchange takes place in a space free of judgement, built on trust and respect. Nobody has to share anything personal: everything is allowed, nothing is required. I do not pass on what participants say in the exchange, not to the employer either. For me, confidentiality and professional integrity are the foundation of this work.
From the first conversation to the session in four steps.
By phone or video call (Zoom or Teams): what is on your employees’ minds, what is the occasion, how many people will take part, and in which language?
After the call you receive a tailored quote. I tailor the content, flow and setting to your group and your occasion.
I prepare the inputs, the reflection questions and the working materials to suit the topic and the format.
I come to your company and facilitate the session; online on request. You organise the room, the catering and the social part.
I am Winn Chelini, a certified life coach (Master Life Coach, Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, Professional Life Coach) trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). Alongside one-to-one coaching, I run men’s evenings in small groups: I pick up topics that matter to the group and leave room for exchange, reflection and discussion.
My work as an IT specialist consultant and team leader in PLM and CAx means I know corporate working life from the inside. As a training leader I have led groups of different sizes, and I regularly run trainings in English. For international teams whose working language is English, the whole session runs in English.
“The open and appreciative atmosphere Winn created helped us to exchange on a deeper level in the group.”

A workshop is not group therapy and not a substitute for medical or psychological support. I do not make diagnoses and I do not treat anything. Nor is it a Mental Health First Aid course, and there is no certificate.
Nobody has to share anything about themselves – everything is allowed, nothing is required. Anyone who needs more support than an exchange will find services below. Where the line between coaching and therapy runs: Coaching or therapy?

A talk with facilitated discussion takes about an hour. That fits a lunch break or the late afternoon, for example from 4 pm. Workshops, for example half a day (3–4 hours), are available on request.
The formats are designed for about 30 to 40 participants; smaller teams and larger groups are possible on request. How much of the exchange happens in small groups and how much with the full group is something we clarify in the briefing call.
Yes, online via Zoom or Teams is possible on request, for example for distributed or hybrid teams. I adapt the flow and the exercises to the online format.
No. It is coaching-based input with a facilitated exchange: not group therapy, no diagnoses, no treatment, and not a certified course such as Mental Health First Aid. In an acute crisis, the right first step is professional help, for example 143 (Die Dargebotene Hand) or 144 in a medical emergency.
More on this: Coaching or therapy?
Yes. I do not pass on what participants say in the exchange, not to the employer either. Nobody has to share anything personal, and taking part in the discussion is always voluntary.
Tell me briefly what you are planning. I will get back to you personally, and we will talk through the goal, topics, format and setting. You then receive a quote.
